Does it look like the chick in this thread?

If it is an eye infection you will need to purchase either terramycin or vetracyn and treat him as recommended by the tube. It is not cheap it will cost $20-30 per tube. A tube lasts a long time. It is usually available at feed stores or poultry supplies.

You can get Terramycin eye ointment at Walgreens drugstore too. :)

Check first for availability before you drive there. :)

Make sure that the chick starter that your feeding them isn't too powdery, eye infections have a cause they aren't airborne to my knowledge. I have never had multiple birds in the same group get eye infections. Someone could also be pecking eyes so look out for that too.

Edit: If you're handling them that could be another cause. Handle them as little as possible until they start to feather out. Wash your hands before you do any "bird chores" even if your just changing a feeder wash your hands first.
