I have some healthy ducks and some unhealthy ones. They do have feathers but not completely. They are ranged from healthiest to unhealthiest :

Since your ducklings are already having problems I'd would buy the liquid B Complex and start them on it asap.

feed is also very important they need a nutrient packed feed I have a mixed flock of chickens ducks and geese so I buy NON GMO poultry feed and add supplements of Nutritional yeast when they are very young until at least 12 weeks old. If one comes up with lameness then they need the liquid B complex which gets them over it much faster.

Most TSC carry Durvet liquid by b complex it will say injectable but we use

Here is a link to the vitamin b on Amazon. It's liquid and you give them 1 ml a day on treats like peas or a tiny piece of bread. The food and supplements are essential for their growth and quality of life. Also, make sure they always have access to fresh water right by their food, and water that's deep enough to dunk their whole head in.

Well the starter is only for ducklings that are 0-4 weeks. They have different nutrient needs. You could get the next step up, which in this brand I believe is this one: https://www.amazon.ca/Manna-Pro-16-...bc-88d8-742b96210c4d&pd_rd_i=B01N4KD9MY&psc=1

But realize that this is just an 8 pound bag and that's very pricey for just 8 pounds. All-flock is a feed that can be fed to chickens and ducks. If you have just ducks you might try this food formulated just for them:

Many feed stores sell Purina Flock Raiser. Ours use too and I fed it for many years to all chicks,ducklings and geese.
