HELP First Egg BLOODY attached to butt?!?

Hi no idea what to make of this. Prolapsed rectum maybe? First egg for this young chicken RIR. It is bloody and hanging just behind her butt. It is in a membrane and attached to her body and will not come off.

What is going on? What to do???

First...Put some warm, not hot, water in a bucket and give her soak.

She could really use someone to walk me through this. My instinct is to break the egg but the shards might hurt her. Trying to reduce weight hanging there. Don't know how to get it out. Cut through membrane??
