Help! first time hatching!

You can remove it any time technically, if you have the brooder ready. Most wait for them to dry and fluff up. BUT, you don't want to open the lid any more than is necessary. So I'd leave it until you have at least another one hatched. You don't want to dry out the pips by keeping opening the lid. Especially with your humidity running on the low side.
Totally agree, leave him in there, let him get those others going..

For a first timer, your doing absolutely GREAT, your not messing with them, your letting them do there job. You should have a very good hatching..
Thanks!
Yeah, I now know the difference between internal and external pips.
I know it's 3:30am but as you know, im very nervous. (A little too much).
THe chick looks kind of wedged between he eggs. It looks like because of its rolling around a couple eggs rolled closer to it.
Two eggs' external pips are open so they're breathing air in the eggs still. I can actually see ones little beak thru it's hole

@chickoninc said don't remove shell, but I think she was thinking I was taking it out of its shell. I didn't touch it till it had been out of the shell completely for about 10 min. Then I removed shell because space is right. That's ok to move it, right?

Can you see it? It's tight. I know they must do it somehow in the wild, so I'm trying not to be too concerned with it.

I think you are right, she thought you were actually removing the chick from the shell, not just taking the empty shell out.

And I can see it is tight in there. But alot of people fill those up without any problems so try not to panic. It is unlikely, but possible for one to get stuck, or cause damage to another egg or all kinds of funky things. But it really should be all ok! You will just have to trust yourself to decide if there is a problem, then weigh your options before you act. Breathe!

Congrats on your first one out!!

3 chicks out total and 3 ducks out total!!! The ducks were really fast! I removed the she'll after I was sure they had been out completely. There's a little more room now but the chicks are REALLY active!

Wow! That's great!! Ducks are usually slower!

So you are lifting the lid to remove empty shells? Just remember each time you lift that lid, a rush of air will hit the membranes of pipped ones, so just be careful to keep that humidity up. Have you pulled any hatched ones out?

All the hatched ones at still in there.
I don't have feeders at the house. They're at the ban. I'll get them later when I feed the chickens.
The humidity is up to 80% so I've been cracking I barely occasionally to lower it.
Yeah, I just reach in there really fast and grab the shell.
The ducklings' faces are so adorable! I never knew an animal could be that cute!!
