I think your humidity might be too high. What are you using to measure it?

Okay. Air sacs don't look too terrible small, but you might want to lower your humidity. Hopefully @Lacrystol
or someone like @ozexpat
will comment on the humidity.

HiOk, thanks for the info! I'm feeling a little better now. Looking at my pics on my phone I see I placed the eggs in the incubator on 1/18 and if that day is considered day 1, today would be day 24... right?

At this stage, I would run dry for 2 days or until there is internal pipping, I agree with Kathy that the cells arent too bad. Just be ready to up the humidity then.
Make sure the vents are open .

Will this be okay even if you're in a very dry climate? I've done that with mine and the humidity will drop under 10%.Sorry - by run dry I mean have no water in the incubator.
Once you can see the ducklings bill with candling, add water and up humidity to 65%
