Help! first time hatching!

I don't hear any noises but I've been singing to them.
I'm not writing it down, but with these things I have a great memory.
I may be giving you the wrong idea when I say pipping. I can't see into the shell at all. I think someone called it an internal pip. So the shell is pushed out a little bit, and that's happened to about 10.
Also, on a few I can see a dark line, it looks like it's right below the surface of the shell, if that makes any sense. I'm guessing that's veins?
This morning (day 26/19) several have internally pipped since last night.
Is it ok that h humidity is only at 60%? I'd feel better if it were higher, but I don't know how to get it higher.

Normally you can only see internal pips if you candle them. That's when they break through the membrane into the air sac, but still not breaking any shell. Sometimes the first time they hit the shell, it just leaves a little bump, but that is an external pip. I call it a pump-knot pip lol. It can almost close back up, but its usually enough of a crack for them to get air, and then when they get ready, they will expand it. There are even times when they break through the membrane and the shell at the same time! Either internal or external pips will allow them to talk, and yes, ducks chirp too. Maybe not quite as actively as chicks, but they will. Ducks also normally take longer from external pip to fully zipping.

I don't know what to say about your humidity.... I prefer a little higher than 60 also, but so far they seem to be doing fine. With half of them having activity, I wouldn't chance messing with it. If only one had pipped, might, but I think you are doing fine.
One other thing I thought of... Do you have a spray bottle that squirts a really fine mist? If so, next time you open it up, you could maybe mist the roof or sides of the incubator? Very warm water - 100ish. Avoid the heating element of course. I misted a couple of my duck eggs to keep the membrane moist, but I would not necessarily recommend it. I'm just saying its an option if all else fails.

Can you see the little pips? Most of them look more like the right egg's, but a couple look like the left egg

I have a parakeet in a cage in the same room as the incubator. Is his squawking/squeaking going to disturb them or anything? Or will it make them get used to him?
