Help! First time incubating

I just got my first incubator and I got it all set up and put some eggs in it. Now it won’t stop beeping and it doesn’t tell me why it is beeping. Does anyone know?

I am not familiar with it. What is the name of it? Does it have an instruction manual? I would assume the beeping is trying to tell you something like that the temperature is not at what you set it to or the humidity isn't what you have it set at, etc.

What are your temp and humidities reading? Also, if they are reading and functioning properly, you can check your rotation, one might be off and throwing the turn off. Just an idea
