Help for a bad leg

I recently got a baby chick that is about 3 days old. It has a bad leg and wobbles around on it. The leg or hock seem to be a bit swollen. I have given her probiotics and Arnica in the water. She seems to be alert, peeping, and eating and drinking okay. But what should I do for the leg? how do I tell if it's spraddle leg or some kind of infection?

Sounds like it could possibly be a slipped tendon?

I've never treated that one, but Google has some ideas on how to successfully treat.
