Help for buying eggs online???

I hope you can find out who you got eggs from for a Christmas hatch. I like the advise that everyone has, about letting them set. What is the best method of shipping you have found? UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS? How do you keep them from X-Raying eggs for USPS?
