Welcome to goats.
Having the ligs come and go is something that just happens.
How's her udder? Is it full and tight? Does she have any discharge?
Usually, soon before kidding a doe will have amber goo coming out of her vagina. When you see the amber goo they will usually kid within the next 24 hrs, but it could be within the next 1/2 hr like my doe did last week.
If you trot on over to BYH you'll see tons of kidding threads where the owners swear their doe was going to kid any minute, only to have to wait a few more weeks. There's a thing called the "Doe Code of Honor" - search for it on BYH and you'll have yourself a great laugh.....or cry......
The most important thing you can do is remain calm. If your doe senses you being all uptight she'll get worried and tense too, making it a stressful delivery. These births have happened for years without any help from us so give her a little time and just keep an eye on her. If she ever looks in great distress (meaning, lethargic, bloody discharge w/no baby born, off feed for a long time - sometimes does in labor won't eat anything all day, some will eat even during labor - temperature over 103) that's when you should get a vet or someone with goat experienced involved.
Good luck and remember...BREATHE!
