Help! Goslings with respiratory infection

10-15 mg/kg twice daily

So for the 3.08kg gosling a 10mg dose will be 30.8 mg

For the 2.99kg gosling that will be 29.9 mg

Do you have a gram scale? If not I can give you a visual of how much powder to use in a syringe. You can use a syringe to measure out as close to the correct amount as possible, then just add water to the syringe and shake it up.

the powder I have is 10%, so 10 mg of medication is 100mg of powder. That’s where the 300mg of powder came from (30.8 mg of medication is 308 mg of powder). (Right?)
I have a scale, but only measures to 0.1 gram, so was just planing on dosing both at 300mg of powder (30mg enrofloxacin)

Don’t necessarily listen to me, I’m running on two hours of sleep and math and dosing don’t always meet up right when I’m like this.
