HELP - Growth on left underside of beak

My chick 'Princess Layer' has a small growth on the left underside of her beak, it seems to be getting bigger. She eats and drinks fine. Im not sure what I should do, Should I take her to the vet?

Could you try to get a better pic of it .. its very hard to see.. It could be just an ifected folicle but hard to tell with the pic..
