Depends on what they actually have, whether it is bacterial or viral

If they are responding to the Tylan it probably means that they have mycoplasma. Google mycoplasma in poultry.

My guess is it's from the injection. It looks like A blood filled pocket and now his wing is dragging.

Perhaps we just dislocated it's wing when we are washing it. I don't know

looks like you hit a vein/artery, make sure you pull back on the plunger to make sure you are not in a vein/artery
