Help-hatch-chick problem

my 1st chick hatched yesterday morning (day 20) and it still seems weak. it can't stand very well. a 2nd chick hatched this morning after piping yesterday morning (over 24 hrs in shell), crippled and very, very weak. i think it will die soon.

i had a very hard time with temps (lg 9200). my question is there anything i can do for the 1st chick as far a helping it stand?

I just had a chick hatch that was the same, it was the last egg out of a good sized hatch and my temp and humidity went all freaky as it was pipping. It hatched about 24 hours ago and was weak and is just now walking.
I had Poly Vi Sol, baby vitamins (without Iron) and gave him a drop this morning and another tonight. He just rested and rested until he gained strength. I think that is about all you can do.

How is the one crippled? Sometimes leg issues can be a vitamin deficiency, so you might try the vitamins on it as well.

Unfortunately, some chicks are just weak and might hatch but not thrive.
