28 days is an average.

Have you candled them prior to now to see if they are growing and developing?

What have your temp and humidity been? Have you had any low temps?

yes there is some thing there but not sure should i give it more time. where can I get temp and humidty gauge

If you do not have a thermometer to test temps or a hudrometer to test the humidity I really can't help you. You can buy one at walmart or the pet shop.

Give the eggs a few more days. They could be later than normal.

do you hear any duckling sounds? Usually they will internally pip around day 25 or 26 and some of them will peep. Usually guineas are pretty set on their hatch date unless temps were off. So if they have not hatched by today, the temps were definatly off.

Also guineas and ducks require different humidity levels through incubation and hatch.

I don't want to disappoint you but it could be possible nothing hatches or some hatch with problems - depending on the abient incubator conditions being more favorable to one or the other.
