Help,hatching ,how long to wait for progress

Hatching shipped egg is a gamble. I hatched shipped eggs which came from 10 different breeders and the best hatch rate was 100% (out of 12 eggs, all 12 hatched) and the worst was 6% (Out of 16 eggs, only 1 hatched).
I try not to open bator until the last one hatch to prevent shrink wrap.
Anyway, congrats on your new babies!

No No ,they were chicks! I candled them and clearly seen them moving around,that's why I'm so sad

Thanks for the congrats,they are so cute!
And no,I know other people open them to see but I see nothing gained for me except nightmares.
I will take them out after tonight,the 2 hatched Friday morning.
