HELP HELP HELP HELP!!!

Please tell me you got rid of the surge suppressor......

My husband sells power conditioning supplies to hospitals. He works in a big place that manufactures surge suppression devices, so he has seen first hand what some of the cheap devices sold in stores can do.

no more surge protector! (im kinda scared of that thing!) ill post a pic later maybe, i dunno i didnt drive thismorning it was too snowy so my truck is stuck at my dads. but ill try to get one up soon

Nice schematic SG but that doesn't look right to me. Isn't the thermostat a simple switch that should close the circut when it cools and opens it when it's hot? Unless I'm missing something about that particular style of thermostat that diagram would have the light on all of the time and pop the breaker if it cooled to the point of closing.

You obviously have your bator wired right if it is working, so I'm wondering if you just accidently drew the diagram wrong.

Here is what it should look like if the thermostat is a standard switch.
