Help! Help!! I Have An Egg Eater

Mary, one of my BO hens has been caught eating an egg for the second time. I have seperated her from the rest of the flock for now.

Is there anyway to stop this behavior? From what I have previously read, there really isn't much to do but cull her, but she's a bit of a pet and I would really like to avoid that if at all possible-especially since I have a 5 yr old who loves the chickens. I would like to spare him this if at all possible. However, I will not allow her to teach the other chickens to eat eggs either.

If you'll look around on this forum you'll find a bunch of threads about this problem. There are other things you can try, but the rollaway nest box is probably the most effective.
