I hatched one chick this morning but as I went to remove it a few hours ago I seen another had pipped. I don't wanna suffocate the others but my hatched chick is panting I unplugged the caps from the top of the incubator and dropped the chick some water soaked bread.whatta I do?????

Don't ever put food in an incubator. If you need to, remove that chick. What is the temp in the bator? It should not be hot enough that he is panting. It really won't hurt the rest of the brood if you open the bator long enough to scoot him out. You could add a water soaked sponge if you need to, to keep the humidity up. when chicks are hatching, it's ok to drop the temp of the bator a degree. Your vents should be open during hatch.

:welcome!

What is the temperature in the incubator? A newly hatched chick can easily withstand the normal incubator temps. It also doesn't need food at this point - it can go two or three days living off its yolk. Retrieve the bread. You can open the incubator long enough to take him and the bread out without doing any harm to the other eggs.

X2 the advice above. If your incubator is over 102 then got the chick out and turn the temp down.
Wave your hand over the incubator to get in some cooler air. When you are SURE the temp is 102 or lower i'd say put the chick back in. They don't need food or water for awhile but I pull my little ones and put them in the brooder after 24 hrs.

PS- you CAN open an incubator during hatch safely. I don't know how this fear of shrink wrapping chicks happened but I open during hatch all the time.
Get your vents open and get the bread out - water soaked bread had probably increased your humidity.
