Yay! Hope you can save those eggs!Good news is, the incubator seems to be working properly again! Must have dried out. Now to adjust it...
Sometimes raising baby animals just doesn't work out, they are tiny and fragileI know, unfortunately I think most of them have died already! This is actually sadly not the first mishap I have had this hatch. I am actually surprised any have survived at all. I had some eggs due to hatch on the 26th, no movement, I'm thinking I might just open those ones.
That is strange... and yeah the blood vessel's probably would have deteriorated... idk but three cheers for the fighter? I think? Thanks! This has been a rough hatch.
Strangely enough the one egg that was actually developing (out of 11 peacock eggs, only 1 showed any life when I candled them) I just candled and... I think I can see blood vessels still. It was due to hatch 4-6 days ago, and I haven't seen any movement, but if it was dead the blood vessels would have deteriorated, wouldn't they? It hasn't broken into the air cell yet....
Lets hope!!!From what I understand blood vessels = aliveI hope!![]()
