Help! Hen face getting black

I went out this morning and my hen had this only on 1 side of her face anyone know what this is and why it happened how can i treat it

Did you check if it's just dirt?

Looks like dried blood ): probably another chicken was mean to her, I would put antibacterial on the wounds and just wat bc to make sure they don’t get infected or in case they aren’t dried blood and if that happens I would take her to the vet, for now just try to keep a close eye!
