Help! Hen in serious condition!

How long since she ate or drank?

Swollen belly(ascites) is cause by organ failure,
could be any one of several ailments causing an organ to quit functioning.
Usually fatal, so sorry to say, euthanasia is probably the kindest(for the bird).
Only way to know what caused it is a necropsy is performed by you or a lab.

Yea I'll just see what happens. Ill make her warm and comfortable and if she passes she be happy at least. Ill just be sad to see her go.

So sorry to hear she has ascites. Sometimes ascites can be caused by infection and not organ failure. Administering meds may be difficult if you’re going out of town.”, but may be worth a shot. There is lots of information on the forums regarding antibiotics. Some are injected, some are given orally, and I think sone can even be given in water if that is the only water supply. How is her breathing?

One of the most difficult things we face as chicken keepers is when to end the suffering of a chicken. How do we know when we've done everything we can and the chicken is beyond help? There are ways a chicken tells us that they are ready to die and just need a little help from us to get them there without several more days of needless suffering.

When your chicken is crouched down or lying on her side with eyes shut, that means they are probably at the end. Just before they get to that point, they will be standing very still with their tail held low and flat, eyes closed, making no sound. They've probably lost all interest in eating.

When these signs are followed by other bodily functions taking a very bad turn such as vomiting or diarrhea, you may assume the chicken is overwhelmed by a pathogen and may no longer have the reserves to fight it. If you've attempted to treat the illness with an antibiotic, and your patient shows no signs of improvement, it may be time to consider euthanasia.
