Help! Hen in serious condition!

Hi Everyone! I have a almost 4 year old Americana hen who is doing something strange. Normally she is a lover of food but lately we haven't been able to get her to eat. Then today i picked her up because the rest of the flock left her and she started drooling these weird balls out of her mouth. So i set her down and her neck started spazzing. I've never seen this happen to one of our hens and im very worried. I have no idea if she is sick, just dying cause she is old or if she got attacked. I would really like to know what i should do. I currently have her in our coop in our broader box and will be doing a detox after we do something about her. Thanks everyone!

She is about 3 months away from being 4 years old

On average, they live about 8 years.

Deffinetly Sour Crop, i started treating her. But doea anyone know how long the treatment for sour crop usually takes?

I am not good with diseases, but I could help by explaining that the lifespan of the breed is that of a normal chicken, 8 to 10 plus years, and though not Ameraucanas, I know someone with very healthy four year old EEs.
