Take her off the nest. Bring her inside. Give her a calcium tablet immediately. She may be hypocalcemic and she could die suddenly. After that, try to dip her beak in warm sugar water, one teaspoon to a cup of water.
Do these two things right now. She is dying. This could save her life.

Stick it in her beak. She will swallow it. Just DO it.
