Help! Hen is lethargic, does not have appetite, watery poops

My new hen (Bella) is doing the same thing. this is our first time with chickens. I just had her and her sister isolated for 3 days given them Wazine and Electrolytes and probiotic. thought I could return to population, but today she squirted clear liquid. so I took her and her sister and placed them back in isolation from the rest of the girls. we have had this flock since good Friday. I have also given the rest of the flock the same treatment.
