Help! Hen opening mouth & closing eyes!

Thanks for your response :) I've checked her crop and it seems to be fine, but she is quite thin. I'm still thinking she may have worms and I'm hoping the de-wormer will help!
A 4 month old chicken will feel thin, they are still babies at that age, most take 1-2 years to fully mature and fill in, even than a chicken should never feel fat.

She could have mites. My hen was infested and when I bathed her the water turned black from all the dried blood on her. She is still alive but I am worried and taking her to the vet for tube feeding and maybe some iron or vitamins or whatever they can do to help her make healthy blood cells. She was getting very thin but I didnt think it was mites until I held her close for awhile, enough time for the mites ti get on me, then I had an ah-ha moment and I do believe the mites are making her very sick. I hope she can recover, she is the sweetest one who likes to jump up on my lap when I sit in my chair in the run with them. I pat my lap and she jumps up.
