If you mean saddle feathers, then yes.

Yes and no, they will be tiny but big. About you finger nail.give or take. But hens won't have them. So u don't have to worry about it you have pulleys. Keep looking for little eggs.

I think you are talking about spurs? Yes, roosters have them but hens can too. If a hen has more male hormones than usual or i(in some cases) she is a flock leader in a flock with no roosters, she will start growing spurs and some will even start crowing!

my vet said it's actually quite common for a hen to have spurs.

Realy? Well then but hens won't get as big as the Roos. All chickens have little nubs.

Well I checked tonight and didn't see any signs of spurs. I am just shocked that she is a hen...she is just so "in charge." I have her and another pullet that are about 20 weeks and then just put our 6 week old chicks out there with them...and she is not a fan of the chicks.

I have a barb rock hen and she is a Majure(?) bully. She challenges the other Roos. Lol. And very chatty. I have 3 barb rocks , all hens. Lol
