HELP Hen stepped on egg and embryo exposed, egg shell coming off too early

I've got two more slightly underdevoloped that hatched too soon, not sure what's going on, only thing I can think of is that they all were small pullet eggs, took up all space in egg.

Both the 2 chicks with splayed legs died today despite me treating the first one with Band-Aids to unsplay its legs, and electrolytes, it never ate on its own and only drank small amounts of water by me holding it up to the water and electrolytes. My guess it was too weak from not eating and using up its yok in 2-3 days, it also had clicking and somewhat rapid breathing (respatory infection) the other chick lost too much blood all over its body and was very underdevolped with splayed legs. The other chick was also under developed and hatched with open ear holes, normal feet and legs and began eating tiny amounts and began drinking small amounts of water completely on its own. It snuggles into the bigger chicks on the heat pad and under the heat lamp to keep warm. It peeps a lot still but is still super young.

In the future I will be avoiding hatching pullet eggs, and try to avoid delayed late hatching due to colder temps. I believe this would solve the splayed leg issues.
