The most important thing is to keep it clean and flies away. I'd separate her from the flock and limit movement. Like Kiki said, the Vetericyn spray is good for wounds like that. With some TLC she should heal just fine.

It depends on the roos, though. My flock does well with as few as four or five girls apiece. Numbers vary.
ONE rooster with 14 hens is good.
Any more then ONE is not good.
