Help! Hen with one swollen wattle :(

Hello! I have a 1yr old red sex-link hen, and since Saturday one of her wattles has been very swollen. She also seems to have a small bump on one of her eyebrows. I’ve tried searching online to find the cause but didn’t find anything that matched exactly.
The swollen part of her wattle feels pretty hard and there’s a scab. Could it be a cut that got infected?
She’s eating and drinking and behaving completely normal otherwise.

Can you look inside her mouth?it looks like its swollen under her beak on that side also. Make sure nothing is stuck there.

Just checked! It looks clear, there’s nothing stuck there.

Did you find out what it was? My hen has a wattle that looks almost exactly like that since yesterday. I hope your chicken is doing well now.
