help hen with swollen face !!!!!!!

I have a hen that has discharge from her eye and her face is swelled and sores in her mouth . I have Tylan 50 and Penicillin but i am not sure how much to give her can someone please help me so i know how much to give her . Plus can you please tell me what is going on here because it looks like she broke her jaw and i am not sure but that is what it looks like to me and if you need a pic i can sure get you one if needed .
Please help me Please and Thank You

For pullets . . . 1/4 cc
