Help, hens afraid of BO rooster

I Have noticed that my hens have become afraid of my BO rooster. They are now 22 weeks old and I have noticed him trying to mount the hens. They just yelp and run away. Also when he comes in the coop they seem very skiddish of him. He has also turned very aggressive. I have another young BR roo that came from Cyn's eggs. Right now he seems very sweet and the girls follow him everywhere.

What should I do.

Well you have a couple options here, 1) you can remove him from the flock for a couple days and put him lower on the pecking list. 2) dinner turn him into stew. There are to many nice roo out there 3) sell him.

If you have one nice roo they like then I'd just get rid of the agressive one. However you decide to do it. No reason to keep him.
