HELP! Hens beak seems to be disappearing?

I noticed that one of my hens, she's approximately a year old speckled Sussex, was missing part of her beak. It looked like it was getting worn down. I came out and checked again today and it looks worse. She doesn't seem to be acting off. She's eating and drinking normally. When I picked her up to take these photos her crop was super full.
There are three other hens but none of them seem to be suffering from this problem. Does it look like it might be a fungal issue? Something I could treat? Or should I isolate her and observe her separately?

I would isolate her until I found out for sure what it was just to be safe.
Can you see her tongue or anything or like the inner or her lower beak yet?
