Help! How can i get my ducks out of the pond?!

Pics
Well it's morning hopefully all survived.
I would suggest if you place a pallet for them to climb on that you tie it down somehow to prevent it sliding in the water if thay all start scrambling out? Sardines packed in water make a good lure once they discover the tasty treat.
Hopefully you have them trained with a 'come and eat' call.
They have ignored the »come and eat« call as well as the »all ducks go to bed« call yesterday, but i have already announced to my customer that i will need a break between 4 and 5pm this afternoon to drive my ducks off the pond. - Lot's of smiling faces and requests for a video…

This afternoon they will come back inside! And if it needs firecrackers i will throw firecrackers at them! I have lost all my fingernails overnight!

I am glad they all survived.

If you are able and have a friend to help.....
A long rope with a person on each end drug across the top of the water will make them move. It takes 2 people and a pond that the perimeter can be walked without huge obstructions though.

Oh well just read the new post, not hungry... hmmm.
With 36 ducks, sooner or later the easy pickins' food will be gone.
How good are you with a lasso?🤠
I lived in Texas for 10 years and have actually tried a lasso, but other than entangling myself i am pretty bad in catching anything. I will first start with a rope with attached "flags" and if that doesn't help, firecrackers...

I actually have no help, but will try to handle the rope by myself, attaching something heavy and throw that over the pond, then moving the rope forward step by step on both sides.

I wonder if you can anchor it in the area you want them exiting and walk around laying rope out on one side then coming back on the other side reel it in along the surface of the water.
Depending on how big that pond is it could take a LOT of rope.
Might need floats on the rope.....

Below is the video from this morning, you can see that there are a lot of trees and shrubs around the pond, but the ducks usually swim to the other side of the pond when i am standing at the edge, so i can fence off about ½ in the beginning and then pull the rope towards them. And i have a floating rope! Don't remember why i bought it, but it floats.
