HELP!!! HOW LONG BETWEEN AN INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PIP?!

I have one duck egg in the incubator that internally pipped at 10 AM this morning- and she hasn't externally pipped yet. She wiggles her egg sometimes, but I see no progress towards escaping it. How long between an internal and external pip? When should I start to get worried about her? HELP!!!!!!!
