help...how long do i cook a bantam egg to soft boil?

we had our first pekin egg yesterday. it is tiny...i have no idea how long to boil it to end up with a soft boiled egg.. any advice?

I don't know how tiny tiny is but starting with a room temperature egg I would try 3.5 minutes.
