That is why people have a cabinet incubator and a cabinet hatcher. You fill one tray in the incubator every week and constantly rotate one tray a week to the hatcher for continuous hatching.
That's what I'm planning on. Slightly less infrastructure than moon man's plan, but still capable of hatching a decent number of chicks.
 
Luckily, right now I only have two breeding pairs, so no matter my desires I am forced to regulate my hatching addiction.
I still have turkey hens trying to become unauthorized incubators.

I sold one hen and tom last week. I had to pull her off of her nest before the buyer got here.

I'm a thinker.
I was filling one every week then quickly figured out what the hell I'm I doing? They only need to be in the incubator for 18 days. So I switched to filling one every 6 days. Thats one bonus hatch every 7 weeks.
