Grandma's hurricane nightmare.
They electric company has power ready to go for her neighborhood but they won't connect it until an electrician comes out to do something.
The waitlist for an electrician to come out is two miles long.
Two stores are open with limited hours for food.
People are cranky.
Traffic is ridiculous.

Things are still a nightmare but she’s in her house so she's happy.
