here’s one of each bottle of Hot sauces we’ve made so far and the next batch emulsifying!!! I moved the additional bottles to storage so I would have room for new ones on the shelf. The one in process is by far the Hottest as it is 10/10/10 Reapers, Habanero, Serrano with spices and peaches. Surprisingly I have tried all of them and after “lighting up” ds and his bff we’ve determined that neither of us can objectively judge heat levels

yeah i’ve been watching that one this week....but so far they are actually not forecasting any rain here through end of the month yet even though it’s cold!!!
