I went out and pulled an onion so I could make Spanish Rice.

I mowed the guinea pen and wiped out an excellent crop of shaggy mane mushrooms. I couldn't see them hiding in the grass. Next batch won't be able to hide from me.

Weird but nice day today
Windy and light rain passing throughout the day. COOL for here
Only problem is major flooding in a few areas due to the wind pushing water

i grabbed the rest of my onions and garden veggies from the walk-in tonight planning to start my green tomato ketchup but after the hot pepper incident and dinner, i think it’s getting put off another day
