Help hurry 2 sick quail!!!!

So o was outside refilling my quails waterer and 2 of the quail started violently shaking their head and got both of them and noticed they were spewing out a watery liquid. Help please.

Need more info. Ages? Head to toe check for any other signs of illness? Poop check?
