i adopted this 3 month old baby chick, i bought a baby silkie and saw a sad looking chick in the corner, i asked the owner/breeder how much for him and he gave him to me for free, since he cant walk. He told me he had taken him to the vet before and the vets only response was to kill the chick, since hed never walk again. Im 90% sure hes got spraddled legs, hes very weak from his legs, his right one even bends kinda forward and to the right side. His toes are a bit curdled and his legs tremble a bit sometimes. Im wondering what can be done, i tried the trick used in baby chicks by putting a bandage to keep his legs together but it made no difference and hurts him. If the vet said the chick would never walk again, and said there was no cure, Im wondering if maybe making a little wheelchair or platform with wheels for him will help him get his balance or strengthen his legs and help him to walk, maybe help him to learn to walk. Any thoughts?

I doubt it will ever make a full recovery unfortunately, but I really admire your kindness in rescuing her. She's getting a better chance at life thanks to you :hugs
He/she looks most comfortable with the weight off the legs so I'd definitely try making some sort of sling that her legs can dangle without the added weight.
Mareks is a possibility so make sure you keep her separate from any other chickens. I'm not sure want mareks can be treated with, hopefully someone else on the thread will know.
make sure she can reach food and water at all times.
Also giving her a surface with good grip could help a tiny bit if she is trying to move around
