i help a chick get out of the shell and it seems the chick has really weak legs. Now what should I Do?

How long has it been? I'd suggest leaving the chick in the incubator until it gets it's legs under it. It could also be that it has some problems and that's why it couldn't hatch on its own. You'll have to wait and see.
