Help! I don't know what's going on with my Duck!

Today I went to give my ducks some food. They ate fine but one of my ducks suddenly just started to lay down and his neck keeps going under his belly and he just stays there. He breathes out of his mouth and he just lays down with his neck under his belly. I don't know if he's dying. What do I do ? I don't have a bet near by me. Can somebody please help!

Is he choking, blockage?? Will he drink water? Give him some water- see if he will drink it.

@Mary Nunez how is your duck? how old is he? any other symptoms? have they been out foraging to where he may have eaten something to cause botulism?
