Help! I found baby sparrows!

So I spoke to wildcare and they told me it was fine to warm the wet one and to go ahead and put it along with the nest back in the bush and mom would find them. They seem happy now, (even in the rain) they are perched on the bush and mom is running in and out tending to them!

!!!! That wind was bad wasn't it?!

To be honest, European sparrows are not welcome on my property. I destroy nest after nest every year, break eggs, and evict hatchlings whenever I find them. Adult birds are shot on sight. They are very invasive, spread disease, and will kill bluebird hatchlings every chance they get. So, if it's European, or English sparrows that you found, I would suggest destroying them next time you get the chance. Native sparrow species, however I would do everything you are doing. We end up nursing a few birds every year from hatchlings to adults due to injuries suffered from the numerous stray cats around here.
