Help! I found blood all over my chicken coop!

I highly doubt that the weather could be causing her bleeding. I don't know what would be causing it, but in all my years of chicken-keeping (over 25), I've never had a chicken get a nosebleed because of cold weather. And I'm in MN where it can get into the teens and 20's below zero for days at a time. I think you should do some research or find a vet and find out if it could be a medical problem.

WOW 25 YEARS?! You know your stuff! OK yea i will research something like, can chickens gets nosebleeds from being in the cold? Something like that!

Chickens have a "pecking order" and it is often reinforced. It is not uncommon to find blood at the feeder and around the nesting boxes. Their combs are easy to cut as a fued insues.

Yes but she is never pecked. If any she is pecking her younger sisters.

It is definitely coming out of her nose. It's big clots. Should i clean it with a Q-tip? I have blu-kote but i feel like its to close to her face to spray it :/

That does not sound right. You might want to consider quarantining her in case it's an illness of some sort.
Ok sorry I am actually wrong. There is a big but on the end of her comb. The blood flows down her beak and makes it look like she has a nose bleed.

My friend and I ( she also has chickens) cleaned it with water and Q-tip and put some blu-kote on it.
