Help! I found blood all over my chicken coop!

Hmm. I would say clean it up and keep her away for some time to make sure she isnnt getting pecked repeatedly or its just bleeding on its own. That's what I would do.

Ok. Well I don't have a separate cage but i can put her in the warm area and shut the door maybe :/

I personally leave them be stop the bleeding and let them work out there pecking order or differences if not you might as well continue to keep them apart. Mine only occasionally have issues but the work it out. If you have a problem animal thats one thing but if its just a disagreement I stay out of it.
