Your roo is being overzelous in his breeding. This is normal. Be sure if you have multiple roos that you have at least 5 or more (I prefer more) hens per roo. You can buy/make aprons for your hens that will help to protect them. As long as there is no blood they should be fine.

Well then......I have heard of hens that will take a role of roo and even mount the other hens. Usually feather pullers will focus on the head, and face.

Hmmm. Well is it possible you have a roo that is not crowing, or a hen that is much more dominate than the others?

? Or insects it seems the all have bald spots

I would check them tonight for mites. I am stumped though, mite damage would be more widespread. Mites come out to feed at night and can be found mostly on face and feet.
