Your roo is being overzelous in his breeding. This is normal. Be sure if you have multiple roos that you have at least 5 or more (I prefer more) hens per roo. You can buy/make aprons for your hens that will help to protect them. As long as there is no blood they should be fine.

I don't have a rooster that's what I done understand ????

Well then......I have heard of hens that will take a role of roo and even mount the other hens. Usually feather pullers will focus on the head, and face.

How many birds do you have?
 
I would check them tonight for mites. I am stumped though, mite damage would be more widespread. Mites come out to feed at night and can be found mostly on face and feet.
