I've always gone by the Henderson chart on breeds and they didn't show the bantam as an option, so never followed up totally on them.

I only had an inkling about them because we bought some standards a few weeks ago so i had been researching them a bit

Thanks everyone, your input is invaluable! I looked at the feathersite pics. the resemblance is uncanny. Now I just need to decide what I want to do with them. Further research, I think.
