Hi guys, I accidentally stepped on my 2 month old Buff Orpington's foot pretty hard this morning when I was feeding and watering them. Duck is of course my smallest girl and always seems to be right underneath my feet. I'm worried I really hurt her. She is putting some weight on it, but is limping pretty hard and holding it up about half the time. I felt around and gently manipulated her foot and leg and as far as I can tell, I don't think its broken, maybe just badly bruised.
I took her out with her best buddy Penny and put them inside in a quiet spot with lots of fluffy, soft bedding. I put a little vitamins and electrolytes in their water (figured it couldn't hurt) and gave her some extra treats (mostly because of my own guilt
)
Is there anything else you would suggest to help my girl out?
